Tis-Anne's Chari-Tea - May
Every month, we select a blend to be featured as "Tis-Anne's Chari-Tea." 10% of the proceeds from our Chari-Teas are donated directly to charities in need! This month, the proceeds are going out to the non-profit: Care for Gaza.
This month's Chari-Tea is the "Monk's Mindset!" It's the perfect blend for both cleansing the body (thanks to its licorice-forward character and dandelion florality), and for settling your stomach with the anti-nausea flurry of blows from zingy ginger and earthy burdock.
Added to these is Tulsi (sometimes known as Holy Basil and the "Queen of Herbs"), a health powerhouse from Ayurvedic tradition which is famous for helping us handle the stresses of modern life!

I bought this today (6.4.24) at a Craft & Flea in Brighton and it was the first I did when I got home and oh boy this is pure bliss - "Heaven in a Cup"!! Soooooo good I will definitely be buying more of this one. The assistant that served me was so very helpful, cannot thank them enough on this one

Decided to try something new when I stumbled upon Lucky Leaf Teas at the market, and how lucky I was!! I am not kidding when I say this is some of the most delicious tea I've ever had in my life. I like to keep reusing the same leaves/bag for lotsa cups too, and one small teaspoon was enough for an entire day!! The cucumber is so refreshing and tasty and I'm for sure going to get a bigger pack next time. Though I thought I saw Tis-Anne running off with a dried cucumber slice but, that may have just been my imagination...
Lovely breakfast tea for those who like it strong! I am an Assam girlie and this really hit the spot with some oat milk and a little sugar.
I received a sample and immediately placed an order for a large bag. Great tea, especially if you like warm drinks whilst playing dnd.

This Tea is an amazing blend for morning and nights, especially when it's cold out. The smooth syrup is not overpowered by the smoky taste allowing you to enjoy every sip you take.
Truly a great tea to share with your loved ones on the front porch or looking at a fireplace during the cold seasons.
This isn't about the brew itself, but of the entire package. It. Is. Adorable. You get a glimpse of Tis-Anne looking at a castle off in the distance, seemingly lost in thought, but they know. They know you've spotted them, and give you a little gesture while still sipping on their cup. The magic in the box is the same as in the tea. Sorcerer's Bite, er, Spice is delightful and warm, trying to remind me of something long forgotten (and still is) with the slight peppery smell. Ah, but regardless of all that, it is my favorite brew thus far, and I do recommend it for more daring Mages out there!

I chose this blend because it sounded like just the thing to help give my insides a bit of TLC this time of year, and I was right!
I wondered if the liquorice might be a shock, but it was blended well and this tea tasted delicious.
It felt calming on a stressed out system, and relaxing to enjoy - no caffeine either, if that keeps you up at night.
This tea was amazing! I'm far from a connoisseur, usually sticking to black coffee or strong English Breakfast tea, but this was something quite special. Delicate yet flavourful, the bergamot was not overpowering and complimented the green tea perfectly. I found it a relaxing end-of-day cup, and a wonderful start to the day. A delightful bonus was the lustre, making it colourfully sparkle - it brought me joy!
